Habits are all about frequency and consistency, to the point of being fanatical about them. You will be able to track the frequency and consistency of your habits, and easily see your stats. Set habits for daily, weekly, or monthly, and take pride in your stats and how consistent you can be. Remember - motivation is what gets you started, but habit is what will keep you going.
